Every piece is handcrafted by our artisans on Lake Como and requires over two hours of dedicated work. The reason is the material we chose. Bamboo fiber is among the finest for what you wear against your skin: it regulates temperature, breathes, and has a softness cotton simply cannot match. But it is also difficult to work with: slippery, unpredictable, unforgiving of imprecision. It demands skilled hands and a technical mastery that very few workshops possess.

La Nuova Dolce Vita Crew Neck T-Shirt is designed as the softest layer between the body and the day. Made from bamboo fabric with a smooth, fluid touch, it feels light against the skin while keeping a clean, composed shape. The crew neckline gives it a classic, essential look, easy to wear under a shirt, beneath knitwear or a jacket, and just as natural on its own when the moment calls for simplicity.
Handcrafted and finished in Italy, in an artisan workshop on Lake Como – where each piece takes over two hours to make – it brings the comfort of skinwear into a piece that can move beyond underwear. The fabric follows the body without clinging, with hem and cuffs finished through subtle tonal seams for a clean edge that holds its shape. Cut and construction are kept quiet, letting the t-shirt work as an invisible first layer or stand on its own with the same ease.
Bamboo is naturally antibacterial and thermoregulating, helping the fabric stay breathable and comfortable across seasons. This is not just a basic t-shirt, but the quiet foundation of a well-built wardrobe: soft enough to feel intimate, clean enough to be seen and easy enough to become the piece you reach for first.

Returns
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Once withdrawal is communicated, items must be returned within a further 14 days. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging. A return fee of 6 USD / GBP / EUR applies.

This fabric is derived from natural fibers, but has such performance that it can be defined as a fabric with the characteristics of a “technical” material. Working with bamboo viscose requires time, precision and exceptional craftsmanship. Its delicate nature demands expert hands, refined dexterity and a level of care that cannot be rushed. This is why each piece is crafted in Italy by experienced artisans, rather than treated as a standard industrial product.
In addition, the bamboo viscose used by LNDV is the best in the world, and is characterized by incredible properties of breathability, freshness, softness, as well as containing Bamboo Kun, a biological antimicrobial agent.
Finally, our fabric has “odor-absorbing” properties, making it especially suitable for neutralizing odors.
